CrossFit Kids Group Classes
We have a small group Private Training class for Kids that will meet Sundays from 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM geared towards ages 10 - 13 (other ages are welcome).
Sign up at any point. Limited spots available!
This class has a cap of 8 students to emphasize:
Personalized Coaching: Tailored to your child's unique needs and goals.
CrossFit Kids Certified, background checked, coaches with years of experiences working with kids.
Rapid Progress: Faster skill development with dedicated instruction.
Enhanced Safety: Lower student-to-coach ratio for increased supervision.
Meets for the full hour compared to our previous 45-minute Kids class.
Note - if you purchase a trial class, that amount will be applied to the remaining pro-rated rate for the month if a follow-on membership is purchased.
Private Kids & Youth Training
While our group classes offer a fun, dynamic environment, we understand some children thrive with more focused attention, or that parents may need flexibility outside of our scheduled Sunday time.
We are happy to offer Private and Semi-Private Training Sessions tailored specifically to your child’s needs and schedule.
Private Training is the perfect option if your child is looking to:
Focus on Specific Skills: Get dedicated instruction to rapidly improve technique in areas like running form, bodyweight movements, or coordination for a specific sport.
Accommodate a Busy Schedule: Choose dates and times that work best for your family.
Receive One-on-One Attention: Benefit from a program designed solely for their unique goals, fitness level, and confidence building.
Address Younger Ages: We offer private training for children outside of our core group class age range (10-13).
All package types are available with no contract.

Give us 45 minutes, and we’ll get your child moving. We focus on movements that they’ll use in everyday life, including:
Running, jumping, rolling, pulling, swinging, climbing, crawling, throwing, and being upside down.
The equipment used will keep the ability levels of kids in mind, using:
Cones, nerf balls, boxes to jump on, plastic hurdles, plastic PVCs

Increased confidence, improved focus, better performance in school sports, learning safe movement patterns, and building resilience.
Our goal with CrossFit Kids is to leave every class on a high point for the kids and coaches. This means that we end each session with a fun game. Things like shadow tag, hanging from a jungle-gym type structure, and using our gym’s tumbling mats are all options to have some fun.A bonus to all of the activity is being ready to build on the basics of CrossFit that your kid will learn in the future. Whether they’re going to play a different sport in the future, or continue with CrossFit, the CFTC Kids program will give a great basic for future sports, fitness or CrossFit.

Geared toward ages 10 - 13 (other ages are welcome)
What should I bring?
A bottle of water with your child’s name on it
Wear clothes & sneakers appropriate for running and jumping
We encourage eligible children to get vaccinated prior to attending and for those who are not vaccinated to wear masks
All CFTC Kids coaches will wear masks
Class structure:
General warm-up (animal movements, games)
Specific skill (some movement instruction)
Workout (focused on movement quality)
Game (focus on having fun and ending on a high point)
