You’ve been coming to the gym for weeks, months or years but it seems like you’re just out of reach of that next goal. Whether it’s your first pull-up, running faster, or your first competition.

Oftentimes we don’t need to do more to break through on a skill or milestone, but we may need to think differently. This session will help to talk through your current workout schedule and the small changes you can make to get in extra practice or volume.
These sessions are designed for our members where we already know their starting points, but are also open to non members.

Next Step PT Sessions include:
1 In-person coaching session
Take-home skills and drills
Video critique
Scaling/Progression suggestions to bring to group classes
Session Schedule
Once the package is purchased, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time.
Generally available times are:
Weekday mornings
Friday afternoons
Saturday mornings
