Athletic Skill & Strength

We teach safe movement mechanics, core stability, and functional movement patterns—including squats, presses, deadlifts, rowers, bikes, and bodyweight agility.


After-School Teen Fitness Classes

Weekdays at 4:00 PM (60-Minute Sessions)

Designed around the school schedule so your student can get in a high-energy workout and be home in time for homework and dinner.

Off-Season Preparation

Ideal for sport-specific conditioning or kids seeking a dedicated fitness routine. We build real endurance, speed, and mental toughness for competitive sports.

Small Group Coaching

Led by professional, certified CrossFit coaches in an encouraging, ego-free setting. Every exercise is adjusted and scaled to match each teen's current skill level.

What to Expect in Each 60-Minute Class

  • Dynamic Warm-Up: Mobility, core prep, and movement priming.

  • Skill & Technique Focus: Hands-on coaching covering barbell movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, or gymnastics basics.

  • High-Energy Workout (WOD): A scaled workout combining cardio, functional lifts, and metabolic conditioning.

  • Team Challenge / Finisher: Fun, high-note challenges like plank holds, sprints, or relay challenges to build camaraderie.

Ages: 13–17 (For ages 10–12, ask us about our CrossFit Kids session offerings).

What to Bring: Comfortable workout apparel, athletic shoes with a flat rubber sole, and a water bottle.
