    SSR (Sleep, Stress, Recovery) – Perfect for members who feel drained or out of balance. We'll focus on rebuilding energy through smarter routines, recovery-focused nutrition, and simple strategies for managing stress and sleep.

    Performance Fueling – Designed for consistent gym-goers or athletes looking to optimize performance. This track includes fueling strategies for training, pre/post-workout nutrition, and tips for faster recovery.

Cece is a dedicated and highly qualified nutrition and wellness coach, committed to helping individuals achieve lasting health transformations. Holding a Level 2 Certification from Precision Nutrition, she brings a deep understanding of evidence-based strategies, focusing on sustainable habit change rather than restrictive diets. Her approach, rooted in Precision Nutrition's renowned methodology, emphasizes individualized coaching that meets clients where they are, guiding them toward improved eating patterns, body composition, and overall well-being.

Further enhancing her holistic expertise, Cece is certified in Level 1 Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery (SSR). This specialized knowledge allows her to address crucial lifestyle factors that profoundly impact health, recognizing that optimal nutrition is deeply intertwined with adequate rest and stress resilience. She also holds a Level 1 Certification from the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI), broadening her coaching toolkit with diverse practical applications.
